OWNER APPROVAL REQUIRED — DO NOT PUBLISH: Candidate terms only. Confirm legal operator identity, effective date, applicable markets/law, and rights in shipped assets before publication. The app has no terms-acceptance screen.
1. The game
Snake Retro OK STUDIO (the “Game”) is a Snake arcade game published under the developer name OK STUDIO. The Game includes local gameplay, a guest pseudonym and country selection, and screens for global and country leaderboards. Online leaderboard availability depends on the existing service and an internet connection.
2. Guest profiles and leaderboard scores
The inspected game provides a local guest profile containing a pseudonym and selected country; it has no account registration, login, password, or authenticated user ID flow. On a new personal best, the client submits the pseudonym, country code, and score to the configured leaderboard API. The client displays returned name, country, and score values in leaderboard screens. The local project does not contain production API source or database configuration, so server storage, access outside the game, and any server-generated timestamp cannot be verified here. OWNER APPROVAL REQUIRED: Confirm the live service behavior before publication.
Choose a pseudonym that does not disclose your real name, contact details, or other private information. Do not impersonate another person or submit unlawful or abusive content as a pseudonym. The Game does not provide a score dispute, reporting, or moderation process in this release.
3. Fair use and score limitations
Use the Game for lawful personal entertainment. Do not interfere with the app or leaderboard service, or attempt to disrupt other players' use. Scores are calculated by the client and sent to the service; this release does not promise anti-cheat protection, server verification, or that every submitted score will be accepted or remain listed.
4. Free Release 1; no ads or paid Premium
Release 1 is free. It contains no operational AdMob integration or advertising, no Google Play Billing integration, no paid Premium entitlement, and no purchase or restoration functionality. Any disabled or informational Premium label in the interface is not an offer to buy and cannot grant a paid feature.
Any future advertising or paid feature would require a separate implementation and updated disclosures and terms before it is offered.
5. Availability and updates
Online rankings require a working network connection and service. The developer does not promise uninterrupted access to the leaderboard or preservation of any particular entry. The Game may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued subject to applicable law and platform rules.
6. Intellectual property
Rights in the Game's software, name, logos, artwork, and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership. The developer must confirm the necessary rights and licenses for the published build before release.
7. Warranty and liability
The Game and online leaderboard are provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Any warranty exclusion or limit of liability applies only to the extent permitted by the law that governs the user's rights. Nothing in these terms limits a right or liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Privacy and leaderboard information
Use of the Game also involves the handling described in the Privacy Policy. Release 1 provides no player-facing score-deletion control, deletion-request path through the app, or account-deletion feature. Clearing local app storage or uninstalling the Game does not send a deletion command from the client. This does not establish what retention or deletion operations the service operator may perform.
